RUSSELL'S FIRST BIRTHDAY

Russell enjoyed his first rootbeer float with Grandpa Hudson! Bill was so good to wait until his birthday before he gave him his first taste. There was lots of excitement that day and Russell loved being the center of attention! He kept looking at everyone around him and smiling, taking it all in.

Nana and Papa couldn't be there for the party at our house, so we celebrated his birthday again the next weekend at their house. This time he had a cake, with fish on it and candles, that he "helped" Papa blow out. Although he was a little unsure of the fish at first, once he tasted the frosting it was all worries to the wind!!! Very cute! Especially that he refused to get his hands dirty!
